KUALA LUMPUR: IBN Highlands City embarked on its next construction phase with the signing of Letter of Award with Seremban Engineering Berhad (SEB)’s 100% owned subsidiary, SEB Construction Sdn Bhd (SEBC) for the main building architectural works, mechanical & electrical works, interior design works and associated external works for two blocks of 29-story serviced apartment at IBN Highlands City, Genting Permai.

IBN Highlands City Project General Manager Zhang Huifeng revealed that both parties have been actively engaged in discussions about the needs, limits and challenges of the development project, particularly for Tower 1 and Tower 2.
