Responsibilities
- Perform all sales duties (prospecting, presentation, closing, follow through sales administration and after-sales service)
- To conduct feasibility study and detailed market research
- Prepare sales & marketing materials including brochures, flyers, press ads, etc
- To liaise & coordinate with suppliers for product launch, promotional events, road shows and other related marketing campaigns
- Participate in direct marketing activities including exhibitions & road shows
- Ensure smooth operation of sales gallery & sales office
- To manage customer enquiries on property information, loan application and end-financiers
- To compile customers’ feedback and requirements & ensure sales team meets sales target
- Prepare sales reports/status of SPA reports/prospect enquiries report on a periodical basis
Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to travel for work assignments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
