Responsibilities
  • Take lead of property management & operation team
  • Source new tenants & follow-up with existing and potential accounts
  • Use social media, tele-marketing, sales presentations to enhance exposure, develop client loyalty & improve brand awareness of the Company
  • Contribute ideas to upcoming development/asset enhancement initiatives
  • Research competitive market information & feedback to management regularly
  • Compile & report sales progress to ensure the sales target is reached
  • Liaise with 2 - 3 hotel operators & handle daily operation activities
Qualifications
  • Degree in Sales and Marketing, Hotel Management or Property Management
  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Sound understanding of the real estate industry and practices
